Everyone has mental wellness, somedays we struggle more than others and that is okay! I am currently offering in person counseling services for Children ages 6 to 13, Adolescents ages 14 to 17, and Adults ages 18 and up. My sessions that are offered via Telehealth are for individuals ages 10 and up in Delaware, New Jersey, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. I specialize in supporting youth and adults who are ready to begin healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, school and work-related stress, and life transitions.
