Everyone has mental wellness, somedays we struggle more than others and that is okay! I am currently offering counseling services for Children ages 6 to 13, Adolescents ages 14 to 17, and Adults ages 18 and up. My sessions are offered via Telehealth (Delaware, New Jersey, Ohio, and Pennsylvania residents ) or in-person at my office, located in Newtown Square, PA. I specialize in supporting youth and adults who are ready to begin healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, school and work-related stress, grief, and life transitions.
