Individual Therapy is a joint process between a counselor and a person in therapy. Common goals of therapy can be to inspire change or improve quality of life. People may seek therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone. Sessions are offered in-person at my office located in Newtown Square. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
Group Therapy allows individuals to receive the support and encouragement of the other group members. Knowing that others are going through the same experience(s) can be comforting and may help members feel less alone. Groups that are offered: Wellness and Self Care for First Responders & Wellness and Self Care for Clinicians.
Wellness and Self Care for First Responder Group: This in-person group focuses on wellness and self-care for our First Responder Community. Typically offered the 2nd Saturday of each month from 1pm-2pm. There is no cost for First Responders to attend.
