"Hope is not found in a way out but a way through" by Robert Frost. For those of us that struggle with our mental wellness, the concept of Hope can feel unattainable.
When you join me as a client in my practice, we develop our therapeutic relationship built on the Trauma Informed Care principles of Safety, Trust, Empowerment, and Collaboration. Together we move through the struggles & instill a new sense of Hope.
I specialize in using brain-based approaches to identify & reduce stressors, incorporate safety & self-care plans, & teach cognitive-behavioral techniques to help manage stress, anxiety, depression, & other concerns.
I have over 30 years of experience in child / adolescent mental health, higher education, behavioral health administration including forensics.
