šŸŒšŸ’œToday is World Suicide Prevention Day šŸ©µšŸŒ

This day reminds us that every life matters, and every person has a role in preventing suicide. Together, we can build a culture of care, connection, and resilience. šŸ’ŖāœØ

Here are some ways we can all increase wellness and strengthen resiliency:

🌱 Prioritize self-care- rest, nutrition, movement, and time for joy.

šŸ¤ Strengthen connections-reach out to friends, family, or community. Genuine connection reduces isolation.

🧘 Practice stress, journaling, breathing techniques, or therapy.

šŸ’¬ Talk openly- normalize conversations around mental health and reduce stigma.

🌟 Offer support- if someone seems overwhelmed, listen with compassion and remind them they are not alone.

šŸ” Create safe environments- encourage help seeking and share resources.

✨ Prevention starts with hope, empathy, and action. By caring for ourselves and each other, we can help save lives.

šŸ’› If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out. In the U.S., dial 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. You are never alone.
